Cool Monk Equipment Sets

I'm looking for an idea on what kind of equip sets Monks need for GvG.

I have a defensive set:
Sephis Sword
Energy +5
Enchants +20%

Crystal Shield
Health +45(while enchanted)
Damage -2 (While enchanted)

I have some other staffs and wands, but I'm looking for specifics. Any help is appreciated! :]

energy +5 with +20% enchants is not a defensive set, get dmg+15% energy-5 with either +30hp or +5 armor (preferably one of each). you shouldn't be casting much in your defensive set so you might as well hide energy that you aren't using. your shield should have +30 hp and you should have one with +10 vs each of the damage types. failing that get slashing or something as it's pretty common. you don't want while enchanted because then your defensive set is relying on not having your enchants stripped. if you are being spiked, which is when your defensive set is most important, you are very likely to get rended. in general you don't want to have conditional benefits that rely on something the other team can (and wants to/often will) take away from you.
then you'll want a 40/40 set for your attribute. if you don't know, this is 20% half cast time and 20% half skill recharge on both an offhand and a focus.
you'll also want a 40/20/20 prot staff if you have any protection prayer enchantments (most builds do). this is a staff with +20% enchants, 20% half skill recharge (inherent on staves), and two 20% half cast time mods (inscription and prefix)
you'll also want a high energy set. this is a wand and offhand each with the +15 energy -1 energy regen mod.

to summarize:
defensive set - spear with -5e +30hp or +5armor
40/40 set
40/20/20 staff
high set

I'd use +5e mod with defensive set and -5e in my inventory in case of heavy edenial. That is because I have found myself often casting things in defensive set while having heavy pressure. And I'm in defensive set because some warrior is attacking me.

also consider a req7 al15 shield (for when you're running stances). a req 8 al15 or 16 can do the trick (disciplined stance's 4 second cut off is 8) but think like a pro and remember weakness will drop 8 tactics to 7 and loose the armor bonus. 16 additional armor can reduce damage buy nearly 20%.

heres a list of usable greens if ur running a pve though i'd strongly suggest a pvp character until you're ready to invest a lot into sets and proper runing.
Your most versitile caster set is your 40/20/20 Prot staff, and you'll need to make one of those.

Martial
Prayer of the Forgotten for +5e weapon. no -5e weapon is available in a green.
There are a lot of shields. Most have greens available.

Heal
Dunshek's Purifier for 40/40 wand
Droknar's Focus, healing of course for 40/40 focus
Deceitful Scepter for high set wand, no green for high set focus

Prot
Miella's Focus for high set focus. No green for wand
